Sóley provides an AI-powered booking platform connecting tourists with Icelandic tourism operators. The platform includes an AI concierge, operator directory, and MCP-based booking network.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sóley makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform or any bookings made through it.

Sóley is not liable for: booking disputes between tourists and operators, operator service quality, cancellation fees, or payment processing errors. In no event shall Sóley's total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Users are responsible for their own bookings, cancellations, and interactions with operators. Users must provide accurate information and comply with operator policies.

Your use of Sóley is also governed by our privacy policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Privacy policy.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland.
